Product Introduction                                  

Coolnet modular data center solution adopts an efficient modular design. Material Description :

(1) All parts of the cold aisle (except skylights) are made of cold-rolled steel plates, and the thickness of the load-bearing parts is not less than 2.0mm, and the thickness of other materials is not less than 1.5mm.

(2) Skylights and observation windows require the use of tempered glass with a thickness of not less than 5mm

(3) The signal cables and power cables used in the cabinet meet the requirements of YD/T 1173, and they are made of insulating, flame-retardant and fire-resistant materials. The color of the insulation layer or outer sheath of the cables and busbars meets the relevant requirements of GB7947.

(4) All materials selected for cabinet parts and components should be compatible, and the non-metallic structural parts used should have Class A flame retardancy

Rack Part

The modular data center can be configured with N cabinets, including server cabinets, network cabinets and integrated wiring cabinets.

Appearance of the cabinet

The cabinet size of the modular data center configuration is uniform, the cabinet conforms to the IEC60297-1 standard, and the front and rear air ducts are adopted. The appearance of the cabinet is shown in the figure.

Cabinet Charaectristic

(1) The ventilation rate of the front and rear doors is 70%.

(2) Two vertical PDUs can be installed at the rear of the cabinet.

(3) The exact position of each "U" is marked on the vertical installation column of the cabinet. The front door, back door and side panels of the cabinet can be locked and can only be opened with the provided special key

Aisle Containment -Modular design

The Aisle of the modular data center is mainly composed of end doors and skylights.

End gate

(1) The end doors of the aisle are divided into sliding doors and double doors, which can be selected according to customer needs.

(2) Sliding door size: height × width × depth = 2050mm × 1200mm × 42mm.
The sliding door adopts a sliding structure, the cabinet is used as the carrier, and the upper and lower rails are installed to ensure the independence of the closed channel system. The door panel is bent from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, and tempered glass is installed in the middle to ensure the visibility of the area in the passage.
Adopting modular unit design concept, each unit can be installed and disassembled independently, and can be closely connected with adjacent units, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly; at the same time, it is also suitable for maintenance and management of other equipment on the channel.
Good sealing
All unit modules in the hot and cold aisle system are connected precisely, and the parts are sealed with good sealing tops or sponge strips, which not only maintains the aesthetics, but also prevents the leakage of cold air in the cold aisle.

Power Supply- Modular UPS

According to the power supply requirements of large and medium-sized data centers, a modular UPS solution has been introduced, which can be flexibly configured with 80-300kVA modular UPS according to the customer's system power supply requirements. Cooling System - In Row Air Conditioning Unit

Inverter In Row air conditioners are tailor-made high-density cabinets, adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R410A. The output cooling capacity is adjusted in real time according to the change of the detected load, to avoid frequent start and stop, and to ensure the temperature of the computer room environment.
Compared with fixed frequency air conditioners, the annual energy saving rate of variable frequency inter-train air conditioners can reach 29%

Monitoring System

The monitoring system system has the characteristics of simple configuration, strong access, and high reliability.
